LexisNexis Visualfiles has been developing case management applications for the legal profession for more than 20 years and is now firmly established as the UK’s leading supplier of such technology.

Customers vary from small private practice firms providing conveyancing, probate and legal aid services to their local community through to some of the very largest law firms requiring sophisticated e-commerce applications and integration with numerous best of breed solutions. View case studies.

LexisNexis Visualfiles currently has two solutions designed for private practice: -

Case Management: Visualfiles V2 – The ultimate case management solution designed to manage high volumes of cases effectively and enable the development of bespoke services for the law firms customers. Matter Management: Visualfiles M2 – Designed to support lawyers managing smaller but more complex case loads. M2 automates many of the standard business and administration tasks (e.g. money laundering, disbursement requests) and provides the fee-earner with a library of tools to support their decisions. Both Visualfiles V2 and M2 can reside within Microsoft Outlook providing a single intuitive interface for the fee earner to manage their work.

An independent survey conducted by the Legal Insider in February 2005 illustrated LexisNexis Visualfiles' dominant position as case management supplier to the largest 250 law firms in the UK.

LexisNexis Visualfiles' ‘best of breed’ approach allows law firms to select the most appropriate Practice Management, Document Management and CRM applications and use Visualfiles to link them into a single cohesive systems.

For firms preferring a sole supplier solution, then LexisNexis Visualfiles' unique relationship with Practice Management supplier SOS provides a tightly integrated application providing all of those capabilities in a single program as used by around 150 firms in the UK.
