Quarterly Company Meetings & Social Occasions

These meeting are key to sharing the future goals and evaluating the performance of LexisNexis Visualfiles. It is a chance for employees to voice their opinions and ideas. Employees are rewarded for their hard work and contributions with recognition awards. Meetings are always followed by a social event ranging from an open air concert, BBQ’s, to an 80’s themed Disco and Hawaiian party!

Christmas party for all employees and their partners

The Christmas party is an opportunity for employees to get dressed up and enjoy a festive fun evening with their partners & work Colleagues.

Company Weekend

This has to be the highlight of the LexisNexis Visualfiles social calendar with the whole company jetting off for a weekend in Spain. The weekend starts with a company meeting and team building games –this year we will host a Sports day on the beach! A number of activities are available during the day, golf, horse riding or just lying by the pool! In the evening the company takes over a restaurant and we party until the early hours.

Birthday Lunches

Every month all employees who have a birthday go out for lunch with two directors at a local Hotel. The lunch is a nice opportunity to a catch up with your colleagues. A couple of key topics will also be up for discussion as it’s a great chance for the Directors to get employee feedback.

Family open day

The family open day is a fun way to get family’s involved in LexisNexis Visualfiles culture. It’s great for children to see where their mum or dad works and what they do. The day involved a presentation, a show round the office, quiz, film and refreshments.

There was plenty of emphasis on child involvement which helped to keep their interest in what was going on. The format of future events will no doubt be enhanced and may even become a major event in the LexisNexis Visualfiles Calendar."
